RESERVATION POLICIES:

• Check in 4:00 p.m. & check out 11:00a.m. (est). Early or late check in/out at no extra cost if it can be accommodated. Call Diane at 864-280-0482.
• Reservations for a specific date mean that on the dates requested, we agree to hold the accommodations for you and turn down other requests for the same room(s). Therefore, a date change is considered a cancellation and cancellation policies apply.
• Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to the arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the stay as will no-shows.
• We accept: cash, checks, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• All room prices accommodate 2 guests per bungalow. Additional guest fee is $25 per person/per night.
• A rollaway bed is available for an additional $25 fee.
• All prices subject to tax and gratuity and subject to change.

ROOM POLICIES:

• No smoking, candles, or incense inside three pines view rooms or the lodge.
• Guests smoking in the rooms will be charged $300 to handle cleaning.
• No bubble baths in the whirlpools or hot tub.
• Small Dogs are considered on an individual basis. There is a $50 non refundable charge. No more than 2 dogs, if allowed and they must go with you when you leave the grounds. We need to avoid separation anxiety barking that might disturb other guests.

OTHER:

• Gift Certificates must be presented upon check in.
• There is no refund on gift certificates.
• We do have parking for boats and a secure locked boat storage facility.
